The webinars are opened to Saint Lucian nationals and other interested parties who possess the entrepreneurial spirit and are interested in joining GEMS to develop the bamboo industry on Saint Lucia, initially. In addition, these seminars are also aimed at diversifying the skills set of Saint Lucians into a new and unexplored industry. The participants who complete at least three sessions of the seminar will receive a Certification of Participation, issued by INBAR. This Certificate can be used to access future opportunities in the Bamboo industry.

This seminar has been made possible through collaboration between Wilson Jn. Baptiste, CEO of GEMS and the GEMS team and Pablo Jacome and the INBAR team based in Ecuador. This is the third seminar being hosted by INBAR in collaboration with GEMS.
