Cancellations and Refunds

Payment must be made in full before any service is rendered for any payment option used. Www.globalenterprisesmanagementsolutions.com covenants that all paid advertisements and listings shall be portrayed within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Any request to cancel an advertisement or listing presented to us must be accompanied by a receipt of payment and within 24 hours in order to receive a complete refund. Any request received without a receipt of payment will not be refunded. Any request received after 24 hours will not be refunded.

Credit/Debit Cards

You may pay for your orders with major credit and debit cards. Currently, we accept Visa® and MasterCard®.

Your credit and/or debit card will be charged immediately (along with any applicable taxes) upon confirmation by you for one of www.globalenterprisesmanagementsolutions.com services. In certain instances, a “HOLD” may appear on the account of either your credit/debit card. In instances where a “HOLD” is placed on a credit/debit card such hold may only remain until the transaction between yourself and www.globalenterprisesmanagementsolutions.com is completed or cancelled.

At checkout, please provide the cardholder name, card number, expiry date, security number and any other details required. Any incorrect information can cause the transaction to be flagged as suspicious and/or cause a delay in processing your order. We will also need to verify and authenticate any suspicious transaction.

Any verification of this type may require you to send us one or more of the following:

  • a copy of the card statement (not older than 3 months)

  • a photocopy of the credit card (both sides)

  • a letter of authorization by the credit card owner permitting use of the credit card

Additional and/or alternative verification may be required.

 

Direct Bank Payments

We accept direct bank payments. Please contact Customer Service for further information and assistance in completing a direct bank payment. Your selected service shall not be redeemed until after the authentication process applicable to this form of payment has been completed, such authentication period being between 2 – 3 business days.

 

Checks & Money Orders

We accept personal checks, company checks and bank drafts only on transactions valued at $USD 150.00 or more. When using these methods of payment, the regulations for direct bank payments shall apply and your selected service shall not be redeemed until after the authentication process applicable to this form of payment has been completed, such authentication period being between 4 – 5 business days.
